We take pride in our delivery and gift wrapping service.
Option 1: Send via Express Post
We offer Express post for $9.95 Australia wide for orders under $100. FREE for all orders over a $100.
Each and every order is gift wrapped and we aim to have the parcel at your doorstep within one business day! Our normal cut off is 3pm on a business day. This allows us time to pack orders and get them into the postal system.
We do NOT include any invoice or receipts within the package. So if you are sending the parcel as a gift - there is no need to stress! All invoices are emailed directly to your registered email address upon placing the order.
If you wish to use our website as a way to send gifts directly to others - then simply login to your current account (or create a new account).
When asked for a billing address - ensure your details are here.
When asked for a delivery address - ensure that the intended recipients mailing address is entered here.

Option 2: Collect from Hobart City
If you are in the south of Tasmania, you can also arrange to collect your gift wrapped order from Tasmanian Market's Brooke Street Pier outlet (MONA Ferry Terminal). You will be notifed when your order is ready for collection.
Option 3: International Delivery
All International orders are sent via Australia Post, either by Air Mail or International Express Post. Our system connects with Australia Post as the cost of each delivery varies completely on the weight and shipping address. The true cost will be provided to you during the checkout process. We highly recommend adjusting the quantities and size of your cart to maximise the value of your delivery fee. Sometimes the cost of sending 2 products is the same as sending 3. As with all our orders you will be provided with a tracking number for each parcel.
