This honey has an amber colour with a distinct and pronounced taste, characteristic of his flavour with a remarkable thick texture of soft, fine crystals, rich in natural antibiotics.
The ancient symbol of medicine, the snake, winds his way through a small gorge of the upper Huon River and Manuka Creek, old rivers of the glazier’s time flowing through the world heritage wilderness of South West Tasmania. This is where Miellerie finds the short, endemic trees lanigerum and scoparium, of the family of Leptospermum, or Tea-Tree.This is an extraordinary landscape where the elemental strength of spirit gives this honey its vitality.
Please Note due to Quarantine restrictions Tasmanian Honey is not available to be sent to Western Australia, Kangaroo Island and New Zealand.

Honey is a must have for breakfast at my home. We've been buying honey from different organic stores in Brisbane and was hunting for the best. Last December when we visited the Salamanca markets in Tasmania, we came across Heritage Honey. We bought a few after tasting it and since couldn't settle for anything else. It is the best and I will continue to purchase it from their website. Last time I ordered, I got it posted to me and I received the package in 3 days. Great service and best honey ever!
